I have spent over a quarter century practicing law in Georgia and Mississippi. My experience as a former insurance defense lawyer gives me an advantage when I represents injured workers or the victims of automobile negligence. Because I understand how the opposition defends claims, I can anticipate defenses that employers and insurers typically assert.

My legal experience also includes complex cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, and Social Security Disability Insurance law. I am currently licensed in Georgia and I am proud to be an accomplished trial attorney who has argued before the Mississippi Court of Appeals, Georgia's Appellate Courts, and various trial courts throughout Georgia and Mississippi. Since 2005, Mr. Garner's practice has focused on litigating Georgia worker’s compensation claims, personal injury claims, and criminal defense claims and helping parties resolve their disputes through pre-trial mediation. I am a proud member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Legal Foundation, Georgia Injured Worker’s Advocates, and National College of DUI Defense, and I am certified by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a private and domestic mediator.
